"Khaos"
Intro
This is a 1 of 1 piece.
Derived from the ancient Greek word Khaos (the primordial void before creation), this piece draws inspiration from the immense tectonic rifts hidden beneath the ocean's depths. These fractures, where continents slowly pull apart, reveal a world shaped by darkness, pressure, and forces beyond human comprehension.
Forged from over 4,000 layers of high-polished custom meteorite Damascus from genuine Muonionalusta meteorite, Khaos carries patterns reminiscent of shifting geological strata and abyssal fault lines. Set within the handle is a rare iridescent agate, displaying flashes of deep violet and electric blue that evoke sunlight fading into the depths and the mysterious glow of the deep water that carries ancient history dating millions of years.
Measuring 4.125 inches closed and 7 inches open, Khaos folds in a slipjoint mechanism with an organic silhouette where the intent was to create something that felt discovered, rather than manufactured. Born from meteorite, stone, and steel, the inspiration for this piece bridges the deepest regions of Earth with the furthest reaches of space, a fragment of the abyss carried in the palm of your hand.
To accompany the knife, a a custom bespoke box comes included with the piece for safe-keeping. Included is a signed Certificate of Authenticity and care kit.
Forged in Dare’s studio based in Boise, Idaho. June 23rd, 2026.
