We ship globally, so you can enjoy our exclusive products anywhere you are in the world (unless, of course, with respect to local laws and regulations on the purchased goods).

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 3 to 5 business days of processing time depending on the product type and our current volume before your order ships out. Pre-orders may take longer, updates on shipping and process will be updated via email/ mailing list.

Orders placed over holidays and weekends will be processed in the following business days.

Please note that delivery of orders with more than one item may ship on different dates according to stock availability.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Shipping time for order:

  • Normally, it takes 5-15 business days to deliver the package to USA.

  • For others countries’ customers, please allow 15-20 business days of shipping time.

** Also note that during the Chinese New Year Holidays, shipping times are expected to be delayed by 5 – 7 working days.**

Payment Terms

 

  1. Pay with Credit/Debit Card

The available credit/debit card options are listed below.

This transaction is strongly secured and encrypted by Stripe.

Please note that TRISTAN DARE SHOP does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

You also use Apple Pay if you are using Apple devices.

2. Apply “Coupon Codes” and “Bonus Points”

You can apply coupon codes and bonus points to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code and bonus points, click “APPLY” and your order total will update to reflect the discount amount. Please note that if you do not click “APPLY” before continuing to checkout, the coupon code and bonus points you entered will not be applied.

NOTES:

Please be sure that you correctly enter the coupon code, with no spaces before, within, or after it.Coupons cannot be combined. You can only apply one coupon code per order.

Apply the coupon before its expiration date – the expiration date will be clearly indicated when the coupon is issued to you.

Coupons may require a minimum purchase.

Some coupons apply only to specific products or exclude specified products.

A coupon can only be applied once.


Return & Refund Policies

 

Cancellation

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will help you to change the items you wish to replace.

Cancellation of an order is possible as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. A cancellation fee of 10% is charged to a customer who wants to cancel their order. Cancellation of an order is not possible for orders that have already been shipped.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, perishable goods such as food, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tristandareshop@gmail.com and we will advise you from there.

Shipping

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment. The processing time might differ, depending on your payment merchant but it should take a couple of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund after a week has gone by, please check your bank account again. You should also contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is fully processed.

You can also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.
