Featuring ‘Arkane’, a custom blade forged with high carbon pattern-welded steel and meteoric iron in a floating handle construction. Crafted with the Aletai meteorite discovered in 1898, is fused with steel in hundreds of layers in a flaming movement of 24k gold plating.

Featuring ‘Arkane’, showcasing a high layer Damascus Steel shooting across the blade in an intricate flamed pattern individually plated in 24k gold. The handle is carved by hand to create a “floating handle” construction, sturdy and incorporating fine gold embellishments looking of that of an ancient relic of history…

Included is a signed Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) and custom-forged stand for displaying of the piece. Nicely weighted and comfortable in the hand, the blade balances just in front of the heel measuring a 8.5” (216mm) blade and 12.75” (322mm) overall. The blade holds a nimble rocking motion, and comfortable grip into portions of the spine for mobility of the hardened cutting edge. The blade is crafted with a piece of the 4.5 billion year-old comet, the Aletai, surrounded and trailed by the fire-like pattern mimicking the effect of a meteor coming into the atmosphere. In the hand features a hand-forged hilt, carved to feel organic featuring a black opal inset into the steel. In the surrounding area of the flamed pattern is a custom alloy mixture, “Stardust”, consisting of high carbon steel and thousands of particles of meteorite iron in bright specks across the blade; representing the beautiful sky from which this magnificent iron derives...

This blade in particular is designed for artistic purposes. Price as marked includes design elements, such as edge geometry and artistic carvings along the edge, that recommend the blade suitable for only light cutting applications. Blade comes sharpened.
