Included is a signed Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) and custom-forged stand for displaying of the piece. Nicely weighted and comfortable in the hand, the blade balances just in front of the heel measuring a 8.25” (209mm) blade and 13” (330mm) overall. The blade holds a nimble rocking motion and comfortable grip, built for use and working the hardened and sharp cutting edge in a culinary setting. The blade is crafted with the 4.5 billion year-old comet, the Muonionalusta, in a specialty alloy mixture ,“Stardust”, consisting of high carbon steel powder and thousands of particles of meteorite iron in bright specks across the blade; representing the beautiful sky from which this magnificent iron derives...
